Education System in Australia:
The Australian qualifications framework (AQF) was designed by the Australian Government to make sure those Australian qualifications are the same throughout the country and that they represent the same high standard of education. Education System is broadly divided in University and vocational Education.

Entry requirements

Minimum academic percentage required in XII is
• 60 % + for CBSE board
• 65% + for ICSE/State Board.
IELTS of 6.0 with no sub score less than 5.5
Minimum percentage in bachelors degree should be around • 55% + if the University is falling under the section 1 and 2 of NOOSR guidelines
• 60% + if the university is falling under the section 3 of NOOSR guidelines.
IELTS of 6.5 with no sub score less than 6.0
*Pre-session English Language Program is available in Australian Universities for the students who do not meet the IELTS requirements of the University.

Grading system

• Technical and Further Education Providers.
• More than 60 institutes offer Vocational Education & Training programs in Australia.
• Some TAFES are part of larger Universities . These are government funded not for profit institutions.
• TAFE acts independently of one another.
• TAFE courses are often used by international students as a pathway to undergraduate programs at universities, especially via Diploma .
• They usually offer the diploma programs only but some offer Degree programs as well.

• Work hour calculations will be 40 hours per fortnight (14 days) compared to previously 20 hours per week for more flexible work arrangements.

Post study benefits

• For Bachelor and Master Degree holders, 2 years post study work visa is there.
• For Masters by Research and PhDs up to 4 years of work visa is there with the condition that the student must achieve a minimum score of 6 in each of the four components of English Language Testing System IELTS.

Application procedure and dcoumentation

• Duly filled and signed application form .
• Passport Copy
• Academic Documents (in Descending Order, starting from highest degrees at the top to 10th class).
• Detailed CV & Work Experience Certificate (It should cover in detail candidate's job responsibilities, he/ she should have worked for at least 2 years at the Managerial or Supervisory Level).
• Statement Of Purpose & 2 LORs.
• Course name mentioned in the application form should match what is mentioned in the brochure/prospectus /website.
• None of the columns in the application form should be left blank including the checklist at the end of the application form. It should have Yes, No, or Not- applicable.

Visa requirements Guidence

Post Study Visa:
Eligibility : Bachelors or above
Minimum - 2 years of Study
Can get more than 2 years of PSW
For Masters by Research and PhD - Can get 4-5 yrs PSW
For below UG Degree can get Temporary Skilled Graduate Visa for 18 months
